I’m a regular guy who struggled with many mental illnesses over 22 years & overcame them all using health and fitness. I moved through everything and I’m going to help you do the same whether it’s Mind, Weight Loss, Nutrition, Exercise or all of the above, let’s get you through this together and become your best version of yourself.

Wellbeing can be such a tough journey, the balancing of so many daily tasks in life we all get lost sometimes and that’s okay, you’re here with me and that’s what counts. 

I’m really impressed you have been strong and honest to yourself in addressing you have to get this sorted, regain control once again or even for the first time in life, just like me. 

The saying is really true; Take valuable time to look after your Mind and Body now or your future illnesses will force you too, which way round do you want it to be?

I lived both and I’m here to help you so you don’t have to.

 

Ahhhhhh deep breaths Ladies & Gents, you know the feeling, let’s get you there too

Let’s start to break those cycles, loops and habits and move towards your new healthier more energised you with a big phat, proud and even possible cocky smile on your face. You know you can do this and I do too. 

Most of all I cant wait to see your positive changes and how it impacts your life, those stories of success make all my years of suicidal depression dissolve into thin air.

Moving onwards now Danny, I am so much more active with my dogs and use far more of my farmyard to increase my steps. My mood is uplifted and my offspring love to be around me again.
